Was told a couple different wait times for my UCA for my Sierra, called company and they said they would call manufacture and get an update and haven't heard anything since. Pretty bummed I went through this company...*Edit* I was reached out by Jimmy from Alligator and cleared some confusion about the order, gave an update on my UCA which was pretty spot on. I did have an issue with my UCA *not Alligator Performance related* and unfortunately had to return them. Jimmy helped to try and find an alternative UCA for my application but decided ultimately to return. The return process was handled great and had communication was excellent. The communication was huge and didn't feel I was left hanging so my perspective of them changed. If and when I'm ready to purchase anything more for my truck and Alligator Performance has the part I'm looking for I wouldn't hesitate to order from them. Good job guys.

They do not stand behind there product! I have cognito control arms that do not fit my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado. They have given me the run around. Horrible company. Do not buy from them . They won't take the item that doesn't fit back !

I purchased a tiny $5 part. They charge $25 shipping. Two days later still no tracking number. At that price, it should've gone out overnight express! The item weighs less than an ounce.

Bought a Jeep top from this company. Didn't sell the hardware to install. Looked everywhere, called and emailed every company I could think of. No one makes the hardware for this top. Why would you sell a top but not the hardware for it. When I asked to return the top because it is no use, it can't be installed on anything they told me no because it was 10 days outside the return window. It had only been 40 days since I bought the top. Still new, in the box. Customer service is extremely poor! I would NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM!!

I was told that I received my parts in 4 to 5 days and took a week longer No communication or tracking number , Told me they would get that information to me in little bit, Called back next day finally got some information on tracking.

Bought a lift kit out of stock everywhere with a 3+ month backorder and received it 2 days later. Ordered over the phone and was super quick and friendly. Will order from them again

My experience with Alligator Performance has been disappointing. Their customer service plus product is very sub par. I would not order anything from them again, or recommend them to anyone.

A buddy of mine recommended this site to get my leveling kit. I ordered my kit and came in and boxes were ripped to sh&$. I assume it was the shipping company FEDEX that man handled the products. The products were good thankfully. Second issue I have is I was supposed to receive a $15, $40 and $75 dollar gift card and went through several emails back and forth with them Tim stated I should have never been allowed to receive all three only the $75 dollar one. This even shows on my order receiving all three. I then received an email to review my products along with all the gift cards i did not receive. Through a lot of emails i finally received one $75 gift card and still to this date have not received the other ones. That is one of the main reasons i placed an order with them is because of the gift cards. THEY SHOULD HAVE HONORED ALL THREE GIFT CARDS IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT THERE SYSTEM IS SCREWED UP ALLOWING THESE ALL TO BE ADDED.

Terrible company. Pushing blame on everyone else but themselves! Blame manufacturers for not giving them updated fitment info. Claiming they cannot be responsible for their own website providing the wrong parts, even when plugging in all vehicle info. Unwilling to ship correct parts in timely manner to correct their mistakes.

Ok long story short here because well this is a long story... I was in the market for some wheels and after doing my research online, they had the lowest price for what I wanted. While I normally try to give businesses a chance, especially if they give back to the military/veteran community sometimes it just doesn't work out. So, after finding the item that I wanted on their website, I added it to the cart and proceeded to checkout. This is when I messaged customer service and asked if there was a discount code to apply at checkout for the military discount. I had mentioned the item I was ready to purchase and the current price. Customer service replied with the same item but said that it was a different price, actually higher. I go back to my cart and well look at that, after refreshing the cart the price jumped! Mind you, I was still giving them a chance to correct the issue/error that they had made. Anyways... you can read the conversation. I asked about the red wheels and not the silver ones, yet they keep mentioning the silver wheels. ************************************************* Customer: Do you guys have a military discount I can input at checkout? I previously emailed proof to email address Alligator Performance: Thank you Name for contacting Alligator Performance! If this message is received between 7am-4pm PST Mon-Fri, you should have a response shortly! Alligator Performance: You would have to call in for anything military discount related as not all products are eligible Customer: Oh ok. Well I was looking at the black rhino primm in red 17x9 et-18 5x127 for $251 online. Alligator Performance: Those are not in stock, did you by chance call on those earlier? Customer: No I didn't. Am I able to purchase them still and just wait for them to come in? Thanks Alligator Performance: You for sure can, however at this time we do not have any current ETA. We have been hearing alot of 60-90 day ETAs from most these wheel manufactures Alligator Performance: Were you by chance checking discount tire for those wheels? Customer: Ok so they are $251 on your site. That's correct ya Customer: Oh ya I was checking with them and they were trying to price match you guys Alligator Performance: OK yea they called, and those are 353 same i quoted them on the wheels is that the correct one your looking for? Customer: Yeah that's the correct one but you guys must've just change the price because about 30 minutes ago I checked again online and it said $251 and I had four of them in my cart for the price of $251 each it's cool though I'm good Customer: ? (waiting on response) Alligator Performance: yea its possible that is what they may have been in the past, i know Black Rhino recently did a huge pricing update so a ton of wheels have been getting updated Alligator Performance: Looks like the only ones we have available i the primm are the silver ones Customer: Its ok. I have screenshots to show that you guys just changed the pricing from $251 to $353. I wasn't trying to screw anyone over but that's what it said on your website. Now I'm searching your website and those are the only red wheels that say $353 while all the rest still say $251. Customer: Its ok.. you just lost my business. That's some shady service. Alligator Performance: Unfortunately we cannot control when a vendor changes pricing on products, with the rise in cost of material and shipping we have tons of vendors that are jumping prices up alot more than normal Alligator Performance: The silver is 369 per wheel Alligator Performance: I know these price changes have been very recent, and many are probably still updating as some of these brands have 1000+ wheels to go through Customer: Please stop messaging me now. These prices have been $251 for over a month now. I literally had them in my cart for $251 ready to purchase and was just messaging about a military discount code to apply at checkout. Then I reload my cart after talking to you guys and they magically changed to $353. No thanks. You lost this Veteran
