I've never in 49 years been to a grocery store more friendly than this one. Every single person from the seafood/meat counter through the manager and the checkout folks were SO pleasant.
Clean enough and we'll provisioned with as good a prices as any these days.

This is a review from an out of state visitor. We live in Washington and visited while on vacation. I wish we had a store like this in our town. Store was big, clean, and super friendly staff. Fair prices and great selection of products. And you don't have to pay for bags to take your groceries home in. We do in Washington State.

1 penny off an ice cream sandwich is NOT a sale ? Employees are clearly not happy working there. I overheard that they don't get any discounts for working there. And every time I pick up joe joes from the deli they are always losing new people...I wonder why ? Ron is a penny pincher

My wife and I wanted to take the time to appreciate the outstanding customer service we received from a new employee at the Hayden, Idaho store. His name is Shane and was working in the Deli. Shane is extremely polite and you truly get a sense that he likes his job and helping people. It has been a very long time since we have encountered an employee with his positive attitude in any business. Thank you.

This Super 1 Foods sells certain organic products no longer found at the Coeur d'Alene or Sandpoint locations. I am happy they carry these favorites of ours.

Clean and attractive store layout, great selection, and really amazing employees. We came from out of state to visit and found everything we were looking for. We would love for superfoods to expand into Utah!

I have shopped at this store for 26 years and have truly loved it most of those years. I still love the old time employees ( which are few and far between since covid). In the last year however I feel that Ron is making up for the covid losses and inflatiron and way overcharging across the board. I know every company in north Idaho is short handed but I think part of the problem with grocery stores is employer's using important front line staff to do personal shopping for those demanding it. And not serving those loyal customers within the store. To be continued.....
