Used em 4 years in a row, would have been 5. Last year they delayed sending my paperwork to the IRS after I paid them until the last week of tax season. I was over a month early. I had called them twice waiting patiently. I called the IRS and they never sent it. Called back a second time and they sent it 3 days before deadline. This year my charge went up from $165 the year before to $245. Told them they will have to wait for the payday after as I was quoted $180-190 and wasn’t able to pay that yet. The rude receptionist said “that is fine”. 4 minutes later called me back and told me to go somewhere else. I’ve been in customer service 11 years and 2 years in a row they have done me horrible.

We started with Bernhart and Buck 7 years ago and they have always done a great job with our business and personal tax preparation. Even with the crazy changes in business laws every year, they are on top of it! Highly recommend them!

Called to get price to do taxes, no one could tell me. Their reply was "our rate is 175 per hour, that's all we can tell you without seeing how complex my taxes would be."
