My local grocery. They don't have much to offer but when you are miles from anywhere they can tide ya over til you can get there. Best warmer food I've ever had! Hands down it's always good and I dont eat gas station warmer food! Great sandwiches and sundae bar in summer...sometimes wish the essentials weren't so pricey ( a local sometimes needs an emergency toilet paper run hehe) and the reap primitive most basic wipe is gonna cost ya but they are there for ya so can't beat that. The staff is great and owners love to chat it up with anyone new In town. Love this place. The place in harrison where everyone knows your name.

Late posting review from our visit last June. We stumbled upon this place during our stay at WorldMark. Great little market for picking up incidentals but the best part is their food and ice cream. They have great made to order pizzas and a wonderful place outback with benches to enjoy your food and stretch your legs. We are planning to visit again next June and will definitely be coming back!

Had a big group riding from Plummer to Harrison on the Trail of the CDA so we called the day before to see if they’d stay open just a bit later than usual so we could make it on time to get soft serve ice cream. Tim agreed and met us out front when we got there. Super friendly! Chatted with us for a bit, gave us some great ice cream, and made us feel at home. Can’t wait to go back next year! Thanks Tim!

All roads lead to Harrison, ID for ice cream. One year ago and soon again tonight, we (a group of Spokane Valley cyclists) rode from the Trail of the CdA's trailhead in Plummer to the Harrison Trading Post for some well deserved ice cream. 32 miles of saddle time was enough to enjoy this well deserved treat! Can't recommend the Harrison Trading Post enough, stellar service and ice cream on top of it! Thanks to the Tim for providing us with was the best ice cream and service along the whole of the Trail of the CdA's! See you again tonight on this 100+ degree day for another round (scoop ;) I mean). Please stop in when you're passing through Harrison to the Trading Post whether on bike, foot, car or boat, the ice cream is still delicious however you choose to get there! #harrisontradingpost #harrisonidaho #irideforicecream

This is a small grocery store in this small town on Coeur d'Alene lake. We were camping at the campground and needed a few items. One of them was super glue and they didn't have it.Has a great selection of groceries and alcohol so for anybody camping it would be great. Store was clean and neat. The employee we were having help us try to find the glue was new and didn't know if they had it or not. Unfortunately they didn't. But we left with a few items, and it was fine!

a drive along the scenic byway was as much of an experience as it should be. stopping in Harrison to find an old fashioned shake or something seemed like the thing to do. we stopped in at the Harrison General Store and found what we were looking for. Soft serve ice cream cons and a group of cyclists to talk to about the trail they were riding nearby seemed to be enough for another trip that direction for a ride on the trail with a couple days of camping somewhere nearby if there is somewhere close there! I won't be the one riding but I'll go along for the ice cream! We are from the Wenatchee National Forest so being in the same type of atmosphere out here really brings it home. The John Wayne Trail- Palouse to Cascades Trail in South Cle Elum Wa, just before Snoqualmie Pass is where we live so its easy enough to get on and off the trail, and beautiful also

Great vacation spot. Harrison ID sits toward the beginning of the 70+ mile bicycle trail. We had a blast. Don’t expect too much customer service in the busy season as they can become understaffed .

Wow, no restaurants were open today (off seasion and Tuesday) but we scored at The Trading Post! Great fresh, deli ham sandwich on fresh baked bread. Perfect stop at half of our 30 mile bike ride on the Trail of Coeur D'Alenes. Lotsa other bikers did the same. Highly recommend!
