Wow! Things are looking up in Hailey's Verizon store. New staff is amazing. Dylan solve my problems in a minute and is so kind and eager to help!!! Very refreshing experience!!!! Keep up the good work... and THANK YOU!!!

I was visiting family in the Hailey area and wanted to switch to Verizon to receive better service area coverage. I called the number I found through the google search for this store location - talked to a customer service representative. I asked if I could initiate service for a Mi-Fi device that I owned. I was told that it would not be a problem. So, I went to the store in Hailey on July 2, 2024. There were two customer service individuals behind the counter. The individual that assisted me - Azure - first became upset when I adjusted the I-pad they had to horizontal instead of vertical - using their attached keyboard saying "that's set up for us service representatives"; "she" got all huffy about it, which I thought okay - isn't the customer always right, and how insignificant of a thing for "her" to make such a fuss over; then I put all my information in only to be told that I had to buy a Verizon wireless Mi-Fi - even though the Mi-Fi that I owed was the exact same brand and type that was approved and sold by Verizon. I told the rep that I had already called in and was told that I could set this up through Verizon and to bring it in to the local store. "She" said that the customer service on the phone numbers often doesn't know what they are talking about. The rep in the store was rude, not helpful, and very demeaning. If Verizon is going to only provide a phone number to customer service that "doesnt know what they are talking about" then they probably should consider providing the phone number to the actual service location that is called instead. If Verizon is going to speak so illy of their own 1-800 # representatives then they should train their in store professionals to be a bit more courteous and friendly - and not so dismissive. P.S. I have Verizon now on that device - I simply had to go to Boise to get helpful and knowledgeable in store service. I will however be switching to AT&T after the outage today and my call just dropped 5 separate times when I called to find out what was wrong - the very least they could have done was put an automated message on their customer service line that explained they were experiencing a nation wide outage and to be patient - but they just disconnected my call 5 separate times. Unacceptable customer service!

Absolute joke of a location, "service provider." Monday, September 30th at 10:30 a.m. service outage, on a Monday when I had a lot of messages to send. The network was down. I couldn't even use WIFI messaging, or make calls over WIFI. FATAL FLAW. I went to Verizon store in Hailey, and their lights were off and no-one was there... A note was left on the door explaining they were experiencing a network outage.... No one to give any additional information or at least give customers information. When I arrived there were already 3 people out-front, and had no information...

I am always hesitant to go into this store because I have always had less than exceptional service but this time when I came in I was kindly greeted by Azure who was so helpful and knowledgeable. The service provided was quick and to the point. Anytime I need to go there I will definitely be looking for Azure from now on!

Awesome place! What a great help Arri and Azure were. They knew exactly how to restore my service when I was traveling. Very helpful and patient and knowledgeable. The store also stocks a good variety of cords and accessories so I was able to stock up while I was there. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Complain to the CEO of Victra back East direct. Hope a corporate Very opens here. Victra is pathetic service. & when a male employee up in Ketchum. Idaho yells & gets aggressive verbally. be very vigilant!!!!!

Azure was kind, patient, helpful. A master at multi-tasking. There was never a moment when I didn’t feel I was not being paid attention too though the place was very busy. I felt confident that Azure knew exactly what needed to be done.

I was assisted by Azure. They were sympathetic to my completely dead phone and walked me through the process of buying and setting up a new one. They explained my options clearly and helped me find the products and accessories I needed.When I first went in I was the only customer, but as others came in Azure was quick to acknowledge them and let them know they would be assisted. My setup was a lengthy process but Azure was able to help me and others at the same time.
