“for over two years I have had such a difficult time getting UPS packages to our office address(s). We are in unincorporated Blaine and on Google we come up in Hailey but we have a Ketchum zip code (we are on the border). It was always a hit and miss depending on if the person sorting or the delivery driver knew the Valley well enough. Before Particia it was Marco that went above and beyond finding and delivering my packages but then Patricia came on and what a difference I see in the whole crew. All of them are great and always friendly but the sureness of getting my packages again went from 50% to 99%. What a great team with a great leader! Thank you Marco & Patricia for everything you do!”

“Talk about “above and beyond” THANK YOU SO MUCH, LADIES.- I was in Colorado heading to Cancun at the last minute and needed my passport quickly. Overnight from small town to small town takes two days, no matter so it had to get out. Truck was leaving and they were closing. When Jeff told them what he needed the women got to work. One filled out the form and the other went out and stopped the truck. I had my passport in time to take my 92-year-old mom to her favorite place! Best Service - and don’t let them get away!”
