My friend and I popped in for pedicures on a Tuesday evening.
They got us in right away.
Several things stood out immediately.
1. Two young children, belonging to the workers were there. Crying, throwing fits. I get that childcare is hard, but I go to a salon to relax, no listen to baby's and kids cry. They were obviously tired and needed to go home. ( there were a ton of workers in there, so not a staffing issue)
2. I was given a menu to choose a service, I chose the $55 pedicure, I handed to my friend and she chose the same.
However her nail tech did not give her the same services, hers ended up only being $45
3 Most importantly , my tech ripped the sides of my big toenails out! I have rounded toes and my nails tend to look like they are pushed into the skin, they aren't. She cut down the sides and yanked them off. I was literally bleeding and it hurt like hell. When I made a noise, she just grabbed my foot and gave me a nasty look.
Two days later I have an infected toe and i'm out $65 ( I added a tip because I'm stupid)

Ive been a handful of times and each time was not a great experience. I had 4 different people working on my hands and pedicure throughout my visit and people kept leaving. I wait a long time even when i make an appointment. And i chipped my nail and went back and they didn’t even shape the nail again. (See photo). For the price, I wish they were better! Great location.

Amazing salon! Workers are very kind and friendly. They do their absolute best even when it's busy; almost every time i've come in they're busy but they attend to you very quickly! I got my nails done a couple times and each time it amazes me! Definitely recommend coming here for a nice relaxing visit.

DO NOT get acrylics here. I have had acrylics for 15 years and this is by far the worst. nice people and cannot say about other nail services.

Extremely disappointed with my nails. The dip nail service I received is the worst nail job I've ever gotten. The pedi was also the worst, no massage, no real scrubbing, cold water and it took me multiple times of asking to get warm water. 95 dollars later....never going back.

I love them!! They treat me like family and do a phenomenal job on my toes and nails! I trust them so much that I bring my mother in to them!

I love getting my nails done by Ann, she has such attention to detail and is so very helpful. There have been times I've showed her some inspo photos and I've picked out the wrong shades, she will help me find the exact colors I'm looking for. I love the quality and detail of Ann's work

My dip manicure is pretty lumpy and I was there for quite a long time where they were trying to get it smooth. I thought maybe they’d give me a discount for how long I was there but they did not.

Saigon is great! I am super picky with my nails and Ann did such a great job. Saigon is the best in Hailey. I love my gel X nails. I will be back. Thank you Ann for doing my nails!

Always amazed with awesome gel nail designs. Ann is so creative with the latest techniques for brilliant manicures. Great pedicures every time. Saigon Nails is the best priced in the Wood River Valley. Really nice people too.

Always clean and professional. Comfy spa pedicure chairs. Reasonably priced. Standard pedicure takes over an hour. It includes; trim, polish, salt scrub, hot stone and standard massage, and lotion. You will feel pampered.

I have an ingrown toenail, and usually after a pedi it feels great. This time my toe wasn't hurting before the pedi, but now is hurting so I am guessing she doesn't have much experience. And the toenail polish has already come off one toe within 24 hours.
