The FedEx office in Hailey has never gotten my packages to me when they are supposed to. Previously I waited 3 days from the 1st delivery date for my packages and the delivery date kept getting pushed to the next day. They said there was no one home to sign but I had been home all 3 days and they had never came down my driveway. By day 3 I had to call and find where my package was. Now here I am again waiting on another package and my date once again is pushed. This Hailey office has always had problems and poor customer service.

I agree with other reviewer. Hailey FedEx Manager clearly doesn't like dealing with the general public and rather hostile. Delivery drivers are excellent though.

Talk about “above and beyond” THANK YOU SO MUCH, LADIES.- I was in Colorado heading to Cancun at the last minute and needed my passport quickly. Overnight from small town to small town takes two days, no matter so it had to get out. Truck was leaving and they were closing. When Jeff told them what he needed the women got to work. One filled out the form and the other went out and stopped the truck. I had my passport in time to take my 92-year-old mom to her favorite place! Best Service - and don’t let them get away!

the store is fine but pick up by fedex really stinks. over the last 5 times i have tried to get a pick up done at the office they have never showed and i had to call the fedex 800# to get someone to actually pick it up!

Hands down FedEx has the best trained and most helpful people of any shipping company. I have been working with them for close to 30 years and only use them for all personal and business deliveries.

We were in Sun Valley to install furnishings at our clients completed home. We had to unexpectedly ship some accessories back to our corporate office on our way to the airport. We were told we could purchase packing supplies located near the counter and pack up the items to ship. They do not pack. Not a problem. We purchased 4 boxes and packing tape to create 2 boxes with our own bubble wrap to pack the accessories for shipping. The Manager came out and proceeded to tell us for future reference, that they are not a pack and ship location and they have supplies available for purchase for their I'm assuming "local" clients. When I asked is there a problem with us purchasing and packing our items for shipping, he commented it's your opinion. What does that even mean. He reiterated for future reference. Have no fear, there will be no future visits to this location. I'm a huge FedEx fan and have been in many locations all across the country. They always have exemplary customer service. Today was very disappointing. With so many people across this country in such dire situations and in need of employment, this guy needs a serious attitude adjustment. I looked up the locations website while waiting for my plane to arrive and it stated a location to purchase packing supplies and shipping. If that's not the case, then update the website. Or your employee is misinformed. A true display of discrimination and ignorance. I've been in customer service related industries for over 30 years and found his discriminatory attitude unexceptionable and rude. The girl who processed the order was efficient. I'd rate half a star if it allowed me to.
