Thank you Redgy! You & your team are always looking out for me & my family. Even though the Covid is in full force, you still manage to meet with me and made sure we were fully covered! I even seen that you stopped to help a family who was stuck in the snow. Our community needs more people like you.

If I could give 0 stars I would.For the 10+ years I had Farmers Insurance thru Redgy Christensen he never contacted me. If I had questions I would call his office and his assistants would call me back. The assistants did a great job but I never spoke to the Agent. Turns out I was significantly under-insured. When I called to specifically request Redgy review my policies he did agree to a phone call but he did not review any policies prior to the call. He offered to sell me additional policies (life ins) and said he would review my coverage and call me back. He never called back and so I cancelled all my Farmers coverage. He was the worst agent ever - one conversation over 10 years.

Love working with Farmers Insurance- Christensen Group. This past weekend there was an accident in right in front of our house and Anna stopped by to make sure we were all okay.
Now that is great customer service!! Thanks for always looking out for us.

I love the professional and friendly people here. They really know what they are doing and are very detail oriented. They are like part of the family! I would highly recommend Christensen Agency-Farmers Insurance! I love that they have 2 offices and are now is licensed in Utah where I have a lot of family that will be pleased also.
