This gym is one of the only 24 hour gyms in Sun valley (to my knowledge). Their door system works, gym is clean, bathrooms are stocked, and there is a wide variety of equipment. What more could you ask for?

I was at the BCRD Fitworks before joining Bigwood Fitness. I like the fact BWF is open 24hrs. People working out are committed, never too crowded and Ariel is always looking out for you.Great place to join. Nice senior rate too!
