This gym is one of the only 24 hour gyms in Sun valley (to my knowledge). Their door system works, gym is clean, bathrooms are stocked, and there is a wide variety of equipment. What more could you ask for?

You’ll feel at home- We don’t care if you show up in your sculpted spandex or your favorite baggy t-shirt. The facility offers cardio equipment, weight lifting equipment, functional fitness equipment, racquetball court, showers and locker rooms. There are also private workout spaces where you can sync your playlist to the stereo system to fit in a tunes-blaring, “gnarly banger,” or mix up a zen yoga moment. This detail sets Bigwood apart from the other well-known gyms in the area where personal space is not designed into the experience.
