Staff is rude and don't like doing their jobs. The upper management needs to be replaced or retrained on the meaning of the term "customer service".

This store is extremely overpriced and to top it off they sell groceries that are out of date or a couple of days from it. Isles are extremely narrow and there is always product in the middle of the isles making it extremely hard to move by the fat rude old ladies who flock to this place. Also hardly anyone who works there speaks or understands English. These illegals need to be deported back to their own countries.

The people working the deli are absolutely the worst. They act like waiting on a customer the biggest inconvenience. I would fire the entire bunch and reset the deli depth. I won't be buying from Albertsons this summer even though Atkinsons is more expensive, they understand the customer is the reason for their job. Terrible shame.

Went in to go check out the flower selection for mother's day, I was sad to see the floral manager there working all alone. They need at least three of not 4people in floral. Give a woman a break.

Worst Albertsons there is. Invested with rats you can see the traps all over the place and sometimes can even see them running around the place. Disorganized rude management. Dirty. Overpriced. One of the manger is very rude and unwilling to help

I purchased a spicy California roll yesterday 3/1/24. I had one two weeks ago it was excellent but the one that I got yesterday was dried out, the wasabi was a beige color and there was 1/2 a slice of ginger. I called and spoke to the sushi chef this morning on Saturday and he said he made it fresh. He did not offer me anything for the $8 that I spent on the worst sushi roll I've ever had. Very disappointed. Will contact management...

MacIntosh apples are being sold as Honey Crisp, and they have been for months. They have HC stickers, and everything. I have been trying to alert someone for months, and they aren't the only store being sold fraudulent apples. Nobody cares. I'm actually convinced I'll never see a HC apple again. So, thanks for that, I guess. Severely impacted my experience, and my rating. Whatever...

Good selection. The cashier was unable to give me a discount on the Fresca 6-pack. I guess the register didn't ring it up right. Kind of annoying. Next time I will take a picture of the discounted price, so that no mistake can be made.
