“New to the area, I came in to see about testing my alternator and battery, as jumping my vehicle daily has become common. 2 employees greeted me with smiles.. Lewis, asked a young man if he would test my F-150. Kindly, he retrieved a device and both were tested in short order and found my battery had gone bad. Worried, about how I'd replace it, as I had just lost everything from the Gwen fire, was resigning myself to the future of jumpstarting my truck. I then checked on some Lucas products on the shelf, came back to the counter to find I was gifted a new battery by Lewis, who had paid for it from his wallet! These 2 men changed my whole week as they changed my battery with a smile and great pride. This store and it's employees remind me of how great this place is! Thank you!”

“We broke a hydraulic line in the motorhome. We were traveling from Pocatello to Lewiston. Jason at Napa Auto parts in Grangeville was amazing! He went above and beyond in customer service. He made a new hose for us, after crawling under the motorhome and pulling out the old one, to make sure he cut the correct feet. Then after hours he helped us reattach the hose to make sure we were not stranded. What integrity this young man has!
