The pepper cheese curds are out of this world! I mean the finest cheese curd texture and flavor I have ever had. Like I ship them to Oregon…we have amazing dairy here in Oregon…that is how good they are. Just bought 10 lbs, you should too.

Ballard Cheese, in Gooding, Idaho, we proudly create our award winning cheese : Idaho White Cheddar ,Truffle salt Cheddar, Pepper Cheddar, All new Huckleberry cheddar Black Pepper cheddar and cheese curds (squeaky cheese) 6 flavors, we also have Baby Swiss, Danish Pearl ( Gouda style) , Jersey Dream ( Feta style ), Idaho grilling cheese ( halloumi style) all in small, handmade batches to ensure the finest quality and richest taste. The milk we use is from Jersey cows.
