The pepper cheese curds are out of this world! I mean the finest cheese curd texture and flavor I have ever had. Like I ship them to Oregon…we have amazing dairy here in Oregon…that is how good they are. Just bought 10 lbs, you should too.

We sold all cow in 2021 . Ballard Cheese, in Gooding, Idaho, we proudly create our award winning cheese : Idaho White Cheddar ,Truffle salt Cheddar, Pepper Cheddar, All new Huckleberry cheddar Black Pepper cheddar and cheese curds (squeaky cheese) 6 flavors, we also have Baby Swiss, Danish Pearl ( Gouda style) , Jersey Dream ( Feta style ), Idaho grilling cheese ( halloumi style) all in small, handmade batches to ensure the finest quality and richest taste. The milk we use is from Jersey cows.
