I had a high pressure hose mended.The service attendant was less than personable, and did not complete the job. I had to tighten the ends myself.When I mentioned this to some friends of mine, they all agreed that this particular employee is kind of a jurk, and also the reason why they don't do business there. ??

Middle of a snowstorm and my wipers weren't helping at all. I pulled off the highway, and a gentleman helped me from start to finish. I didn't even need to ask him to install them for me! Awesome service!

Excellent, friendly service! Broke down about five miles outside of town. Circled back to Glenn's Ferry and hit the Napa store. Received great advice, stopped the leaky radiator, and even was able to wash off the engine in the attached car wash. What a blessing!

My car had a dead battery near the outside of town on a weekday. I don’t live in this area, so I googled the closest place I could buy a battery and I saw it didn’t close until 5:30. It was a little after 5 so I knew I could make it there on foot before they closed. I got there around 5:15 and saw 1 guy leaving-and there were no other cars. The place was closed!
