The service guys are great! The centralized customer service is terrible! We were on auto fill and leasing the tank. The gage was not working so it did not get filled. Customer service was not at all concerned that we now had no propane in the winter and that it was their fault. Took them several days and numerous phone calls to get them to come fill it. When I cancelled service because i moved the agent acted like she had never had someone cancel before. She left out info that would have been very helpful to know like that they would be coming to pick up the tank, and when that would happen. Thankfully the new homeowners were there when they came to get it and got things sorted out.

Worst service ever. Calling to ohio, for propane in Idaho, very poor phone connection, couldn't communicate as it kept cutting in and out, was told it was part of the " service upgrade". Guess we were just spoiled by the excellent personal service experience given by Keisha and they staff.

Very unhappy. They were coming up every week and charging a fee and not doing anything. When we confronted the driver and asked if they could stop this action and only come and fill once a month he said sure no problem that he would set that up. At that point we were at 50 percent in the tank. He did not fill it and a month and a half later. We ran out of propane. We called to find out where was our propane they told us we were put on call only without telling us. And they would put us on emergency fill. That was 7 days ago. They will not answer the phone they will not return our calls. It’s in the teens at night I’m 92 we’re afraid of the pipes freezing. This is unexceptionable. Worse service during the coldest months. We have been a customer for 8 years and since October of this year the service has gone down hill.

Amerigas is not responsive. We have called and called no one answers and no answer machine. Totally unacceptable!

Amerigas is not responsive. Only Amerigas can refill our propane tank because it is leased from them. We have called them twice over the past 4 weeks to request a refill, but no propane has been delivered, and we are now out of propane. Totally unacceptable!

Would certainly rate 10+ for service,efficiency, true concern and sincere kindness by the staff representing and effecting service at the Garden Valley Amerigas LPG supply company ! They went the extra mile ! ( hard to believe these days) Would certainly recommend them to anyone needing their supply. I haven't been inside the store yet but hope they also have welding supplies too. Daniel Meskauskas

Keshia, Bill and Earnest were more than willing to do us an excellent job in a less than easy situation. They worked together to keep us informed and satisfied.
