I had switched to this pharmacy from Walmart. My doctor accidentally ordered the wrong test strips. My husband picked them up for and didn’t know they were the wrong kind. I called and spoke with Walter, the pharmacist. I explained I had not even opened the plastic bag they came in. He started his statement with “ well, this is my pet peeve, doctors and patients who don’t know what they want and order the wrong test strips. He asked what I used and I told him Verio strips. He said they are not the same. I said I know that, it’s why I am calling. He said I should call my doctor to see if they would pay for the strips because he wasn’t going to take them back. I had been a pharmacy tech and know unopened test strips can be returned. I let him know that I would be telling everyone I know where I work ( large agency) not to use that pharmacy and I would be charging to somewhere different. I am more upset about his rudeness with saying this my pet peeve and not stating any policy about returns. That let me know he was just being a jerk.

The lady that answered the phone for the pharmacy was very rude and didn't seem to care!!!
All I wanted was for the photo send me a text message so I could have my medicines delivered to me since I can't find a ride to go get them!!!
And she said I can't do that but we will have them delivered in more than two or three business days and I've all ready been waiting a week for them!!!
She needs to be replaced or I'm going to call corporate and do a report on her myself !!!!
She is very unprofessional and out right rude!!!

Awful customer service in the pharmacy. One lady in specific. This lady always has a rotten attitude and does not have your needs in her best interest. Considering this is the pharmacy that I have had multiple bad experiences with the same person, I don’t not feel safe ordering my prescriptions from here. I don’t not feel comfortable sending my prescriptions here. I do not have interest in this lady handling anything that has to do with my mental health/ brain chemistry. This store is an ABSOLUTE NEVER AGAIN. I am extremely unimpressed with the acceptance of such piss poor judgment of character that this store has in allowing pharmacists. I will be further disregarding Walgreens as a means for handling my prescriptions until better staff is provided to such a loyal and supportive customer. Pathetic

My husband was given someone else's prescription and we paid for it. then after we got home, the mistake was found and they refused to give us a refund. I understand that they can't take the products back, but this was not our fault.

They have messed up counting my pills multiple times leaving me to suffer for up to a week without my medications. Will be switching pharmacies.

The customer service at this store is so bad. Your reps do not have any respect, courtesy or service. I recently had to go to Walgreens to drop off a FedEx pkg. After waiting 15 or longer the lady in photography finally asked what I needed. She refused to help me print my label to send my package and told me to go to UPS or FedEx because they can't help. Soooo rude!!!! So I returned a few days later with my label and just needing a piece of tape to secure, the young man refused to give me a piece of tape and said they expect us to have everything ready. I asked how much is one strip of tape? Less than a penny? He said it doesn't matter how much, they aren't Fedex, they are Walgreens so rudely. I said they represent FedEx, and he said, no we don't. Anyway, it was so bad! You should just not do FedEx if you can't give customer service it makes them look bad. Walgreens already looks bad.

This review pertains only to the Covid testing service offered. We needed a Covid test for travel and scheduled a PCR test. The website said to allow 48 hours for the results although there was a footnote that said it could take longer. When I called a day and a half later to see if I could track our results, I was told that the results would take at least 72 hours. Had I known that in advance, I would have chosen another provider. Walgreens should change the information on their website and make it clear how long the test results for a PCR test will take.

Short staffed. Only one person was working when I went. I came to pick up photos (that took me 2 hours to order because the app kept having errors) and to get a photo for my baby's passport, and when I arrived the person said because she's by herself she cannot take a passport photo. She also complained about the size of my photo order and that I wanted to actually look at some of the photos before purchasing them. I get that it stinks to be alone manning a store, but it also stinks to schlep your baby to get a photo and be told it's not possible. I then tried to go back the next day and was told the machine was broken. Very frustrating. Will be avoiding this location from now on and Walgreens altogether if I can help it.

I used to go to Walgreens for my prescriptions but moved pharmacies because it was always a hassle to get my refills. The employees usually seem grumpy and unaware of most that is going on around them (this is not subject to just the Glenwood location). I am writing this today because three customers were lined up at the photo booth, including myself to pick up an order, and there was a worker, Marilyn, who was putting tags up. I assumed her job was only to do this since she didn't seem to budge. All of us were waiting and looking around when Marilyn finally popped up and asked who she could help first. I was beyond baffled at the blatant lack of customer service and urgency. Seeing as they are the closest Walgreens to me, unfortunately I will probably be back, but I going to definitely try to go elsewhere.

Went to the drive-through to do the covid test. We were visiting from Hawaii and needed the negative result to avoid quarantine upon returning home. Booked the appointment online after a frustrating encounter with another provider nextdoor. I'm one of those that likes to have communication and confirmations. The app was simple and quick. Got an appointment and confirmation. Rolled up early and was asked politely to wait a little while because the tests are timed according to the appointments. We just went back in line and got to the window right at our appointment time. The self swab was quick and the pharmacist made sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions. Our results were emailed to us in less than 2 hours! How do they do that? Thanks Walgreens for taking away that last stressful piece of traveling.

A supervisor named Alex is completely rude and incompetent. I've never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life.

No surprises here, typical layout and usual inventory. Newer facility, roomy, clean. One of the advantages of Walgreen's is their consistent store lay out, and this store didn't disappoint. But the highlight on a day where I was picking up some essential items in the middle of a trip was the outstanding customer service and attitude presented by staffer Africa, who was such a positive person and truly was a great representative for the store.
