Greatest Audi Mechanics, I have had the best experience working with this team. Would recommend to anyone with an Audi. I drive over two hours to have them work on my A4.

If you're foolish enough to buy a used Audi (we were), take it here. These folks are dead-a$$ honest and very talented techs.

Great service. Honest guys. Get it done in a timely manner. Brought my car to a random mechanic, they told me I had transmission problems and basically needed a new transmission, figured I'd take it to an actual Audi mechanic, brought it here, and found out it had nothing to do with my transmission. Was able to find the true issues and saved me thousands, car was running like crap prior to them working on it. Love these guys and their honesty.

I brought my Audi A4 here and I got a great overview of what needed to be done soon after dropping it off. Zach was very helpful and is great at explaining the work needed. Great customer service, excellent repair work, and great prices. I would highly recommend S Car Go if you have an Audi compared to other shops in the area.Service: Oil change

These guys have ZERO clue what they are doing and are flat out disrespectful. I'm shocked at the positive reviews. If you have a car over 10 years old, they will not be able to figure out the issues, and they will actually make fun of your car.I took my 'older' Audi to them to replace a component that failed after a lot of miles. They told me that they couldn't even get that part anymore from Audi or from the aftermarket in new or in refurbished condition. Keep in mind, it took them a long time to figure this out. I said ok thanks for trying.I called a local Auto Parts store and had the part there the next day, and asked them to install it. Fortunately they obliged, but of course they didn't apologize for not doing the proper research. They installed the part successfully (it's a miracle!), and I paid for the labor.I later looked at the invoice they wrote up and it says that my motor mount was bad, but it didn't matter because the car didn't have enough power. That's a completely absurd and rude comment by itself, but it's especially odd since they never drove the car except from the garage to the parking lot. I've never had any shop actually write a note that proves that they don't value your business. They were eager enough to take my money, but didn't want to do anything out of their comfort zone of adding cold air intakes to cars.I later took the car to an actual Audi expert and they said the motor mounts were fine, but to an untrained eye they could have looked bad because they had what looked like cracks, but weren't.

Sub-par shop you may as well go to the dealer since their price points are similar or look at mobile mechanics. I'll acknowledge my shortcomings as a car owner and customer working on my car by myself instead of taking it in sooner. And I should have been on their case more. Maybe it would've turned out more in my favor. However, as a shop they need to acknowledge their shortcomings as well. I had awful customer service, and service management on my vehicle. Multiple times that I have to re-tell them on what was popping up while I had issues with my car, nothing was written down. Anytime I got an update. I had to call them and they would forget to call me or forget that my car was there. After about 2 to 3 months of waiting and going back-and-forth. I finally get the phone call that my car is done and good to go, although there is noise coming from the supercharger it is good and should last. Within three minutes on my way home down the road. I broke down to find out that my engine is now Busted and there's silver in the oil pan, what's funny is that I was told there was silver in the oil pan after they did a oil change at the very beginning yet they continue to do work and didn't stop. I guess the bright side is they paid for the tow truck to tow it back to my house, after giving me an estimate to replace it for $17,000 which sounds just a little bit out of the normal Ball park. I could buy my own motor and they would knock it down to $13,000. So long story short, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because I was a army guy and it was run by a Air Force guy but the end of the day they got theirs and I'm out a couple grand. if something doesn't feel right, it probably isn't. (They also almost tried to tell me I couldn't ask to keep my cats after they removed them, said they would have someone buy them from me and never followed up) seriously go somewhere else
