The guy in the front counter here is way nicer than most. Still fair and does his job as he should. Helpful and outgoing. This yard seems to always be up to date with their inventory.

Can say enough about Jalopy! Their staff knows so much and is so helpful figuring out what we could need and where it is at. They helped me find replacement parts for a fraction of a cost that dealers and repair shops were quoting me. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Long story short. They made some mistakes in a sales quote and it was a bit of a hassle.In the end though they are making it right. The Manager Gerald (spelling may be off) is taking care of things and felt sincere in his apology.

I have spent so much money, Time, sweat in this place I even sold them a whole SUV. The one time. The ONE time I asked for a little bit of customer service. I get lied to and I got terrible service. Quality used parts This location Terrible service. I never met such rude people at a pick-a-part.

The manager, middle-aged man, with dirty blond hair, is a complete jerk. He has no regard for his customers. In fact, he treats them with disrespect and insults them. I've spent a lot of money here and donated a car. Will not be supporting any branch of this business after the disrespect I endured. Do not recommend going here. Save your time and go to All Makes Auto Salvage L.L.C in Boise.

This is for the Garden City, Idaho site. I got there around 4PM. The lobby hours are clearly marked as open until 6PM. I had my parts off by 5:50PM and was at the lobby by 5:55PM. They told me they were closed, I would have to come back tomorrow. I usually go to work at 6AM, but now I have to lose two an a half hours to go back tomorrow morning and check out just because the guy didn't want to stay open until 6PM. This is really bad business.

Liars, I bought a headlight and expressly asked the salesperson if it was exchangeable if it wasn't the right year, he said it was, when I went back they wouldn't exchange.Lost a client over a 30 dollar headlightYour response is worse than your scam, it's not my fault you didn't mark the headlight, it's your fault

I've been here several times, guys at the counter have been very helpful, I never realized that I had the option to request a list of vehicles that I'm looking parts for and that list was provided, I also had to return a couple of things that where not working and with no issue had them replace and that is a two thumbs up for me!

The ones in garden city are not as friendly, and if you just need that tool you happen to forget don't ask they don't have it in garden city. But overall great love seeing there look when I'm there to pull a radiator. LoL...

Talk about some shady business practices. We walked in the door and the first thing the guy tells us is the yard closes in five minutes which isn’t exactly what the sign out front says. The sign stated no admittance 30 minutes prior to closing. Closing is at 6pm and we were there at 5:25pm. Still my son thought he could get the part he wanted off the car that their inventory said they had. He told the guy what he was looking for and the guy said their inventory was 99.9% accurate and that was only because they wouldn’t let him say 100%. So that means the guy knew what was left of the vehicle in question and could’ve easily told my son, hay man you aren’t gonna find what you’re looking for. Instead he charges us the entry fee and let us in. Gave us a ticket and a map showing right where to find the car. We got out there and find there is virtually nothing left of the car so we didn’t get our part. What a rip off.Edited in response to venders response to review:Seriously the $1.00 isn’t the issue, the real issue is the lack of customer service and the yard closure policy that differs from what your sign read.
