This is one of the best gyms that I’ve been too. The trainer treats you like family while making you work hard: not for there sake but, for ours. I never thought I would say I enjoy working out until coming to this gym. Now I wake up early to start my day out with a good sweat, and coaches, and laughs with friends. I was able to get the personalization that I needed in order to get on the right track with my health. The tools were there and the needed feed back as well. Motivate was there the whole step of my current journey preparing me on how to be a better me through a good work out and better eating habits. I would definitely recommend this place. This is my happy place where I can socialize (I get yelled at for talking too much hahah), and workout my stressors.

Nice small simple group fitness class. Jumped in with a buddy the other week. Seems like a tight supportive community. I went in HIIT week but it sounded like they mix up the programming which is great.

Visiting from Ohio and went to the 7am class- the gym is extremely clean, the owner was laid back, friendly and passionate about his coaching. Did the HIIT style workout focusing on endurance and it was a great workout. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and everyone was so welcoming. There's an adorable little community garden in the back with fresh veggies! I give two thumbs up and highly recommend making this gym one of your stopping points in Boise.

This is such a special place with so much heart! Thanks to Motivate Fitness, we are the healthiest and fittest we’ve ever been. The trainers have helped us learn lifestyle changes and workout habits that have become a way of life. And the diverse and fun community at Motivate encourages and inspires us daily. Hands down my most favorite gym that I've ever been to in my life!!! I sadly don't live anywhere near the gym anymore and I'm struggling trying to find a gym in my current area that comes anywhere near close to Motivate. The group mind is so strong, the instructors are beyond helpful and encouraging, and this is absolutely the most #1 judgment free zone. All of the members encourage each other and truly feels like a welcoming family.

I've been going to Motivate ever since they opened their doors. Junior and Manna are genuine, compassionate, and just truly care for each individual person. Their motivation is to connect lives together, as well as help facilitate each persons goals. Anyone who meets these two immediately feel a connection with them. Their perspective is...Fitness isn't just physical, it's a mindset of how you approach many areas in your life. It's an understanding of the "why" and "how" we can be successful in our goals. This is different for each person but this desire is the culture of the individuals at Motivate.I'm an ambitious person in most everything but when it comes to working out, I don't enjoy putting a bunch of time into developing killer workouts. So I love that I get to show up to Motivate each day and the workout is ready to go. Each workout developed by Junior is well thought through and very challenging. It's Tabata HIIT style which I find is THE BEST workout for anyone, hands down. Burning 300-500 calories in 30-40 minutes is realistic and time efficient. Getting stronger while having the endurance to do any functional movements IS necessary in everyday life! You have to try it. But be warned, you might like it enough to stick around...

Motivate fitness is my favorite gym in the Boise area! I've never been to a gym where the owners cared so much about your success not only in the gym but outside as well, it really is like a family. And the workouts are always killer, the trainers are so knowledgeable, and I love how the area of focus rotates throughout the week.

I have LOVED everything about Motivate Fitness! The environment, the trainers, the support, the nutrition guidance, the workouts....everything! Hands down the best gym. Group workouts are planned and ready to go when the class starts, but individualized attention is also provided throughout the workout. The trainers provide alternative exercises if you have an injury or express discomfort, so you can bet your exercise is still maximized. Motivate Fitness builds a community. They give back to its members with monthly group/member activities to build those relationships outside of the gym. Saturday yoga is free to its members (or there’s a drop in rate) and on Saturdays they provide small breakfast treats after the morning workout. They are thoughtful and genuinely care about their members; they express it and they demonstrate it. ?? ? ?

I feel like I’ve found my home at Motivate. I always said I would never be a person who wakes up early to exercise but since I’ve started making Motivate classes part of my 6 AM routine, I find I can never go back to the way I was exercising before. Motivate makes it easy to roll out of bed to exercise - the workouts are planned, the music is good, the company is even better. Junior and Manna provide a comfortable, caring environment that promises a healthier lifestyle that can be stuck-to for the long-term. Not to mention, I’ve met some amazing people through the Motivate community that I now consider my friends. I highly recommend Motivate for wherever you’re at in your fitness journey. You won’t be disappointed.

Motivate has quickly helped me change from never using the gym to wanting to workout every day! Plus, Motivate is so much more than just a place to exercise. With nutrition support and building relationships with other members as other major components of Motivate’s culture, you really feel supported in multiple areas. This is not your average gym and it has kind of ruined all other gyms for me. Junior and his team have worked hard to make it inviting, challenging, and enjoyable. The atmosphere makes it easy to wake up in the morning. The best part is you just have to show up and everything is ready to go! Good music, well thought out circuits/intervals, and personal training. Even though the classes are group classes, the instructors are attentive and focused on every member. They are prepared to modify for injuries or motivate you to push harder. The community support is strong and Motivate Fitness will go above and beyond to help you reach your goals.

I don't normally like to spend money on gym memberships, mostly because I never have the right direction or motivation to make it worth my time. Junior makes working out fun and easy. Your workout is planned for you so all you have to do is show up. I quickly found myself wanting to go everyday. The staff is extremely helpful to all levels of fitness and expertise. I've also found that the members here are a community. There are not many gyms like this one, that I know of.

I completed my two week trial today and immediately became a member! I was honestly hooked after day 1. Junior is super helpful and motivating! He is always there to help with form and to push you. I also love the motivate community, it feels like a big family!
