The salesman was very patient as we slowly determined what it was we were looking for. We were very happy with his final recommendations and there was no pressure to buy. It was a very good experience and we are happy with our matresses.

My husband and I are in need of a new bed. We stopped at Mattress Firm to see what options thete are. Scott helped us. He did a great job explaining the different options available. He was very patient with our many questions (sometimes asked twice). We are excited to receive our new bed!
