Rude guy, ripoff, tried to replace parts that weren’t needing replacement. Spoke in mechanic terms to me as if I would understand all the decimal amounts etc. Quoted an entirely different price than it was. Would not recommend to anyone. Huge money grab!!!

Mechanics often get a bad reputation for overcharging or taking advantage of people who aren’t experts in car repairs. But the team at Long Arm Mechanics is the exact opposite. Even though they knew I was in a tough spot, they went out of their way to help me save money and made sure my car was back on the road safely and quickly. They’re fantastic, and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

Long Arm Mechanics installed an etrailer hitch on my recently purchased 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Nicely done with excellent communication. They discounted the labor time to match the estimate. They also performed a courtesy visual check on every aspect of the car and found zero things to recommend repair. They are giving auto mechanics a good name. Thanks to Mike for the communication.

Can't say enough good things about the customer service, the professionalism, and clear attention to detail that I received during my visit to LAM. This is Bill. I met Mike at my RV Park, SwiftwaterRV park in White Bird. My 2019 Chevrolet 1 ton diesel check engine light was on and it had a hiccup when I accelerated. I had a stay in Boise coming up and Mike got me in right away. They also have a detail shop and Reggie did a great job. My Rottweiler goes everywhere with me and it needed to be cleaned. He made it look brand new. The mechanic diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I've road tested it around town. Hiccup Hesitation during acceleration is gone, it has more pep.
They have a real clean cut staff, ultra clean shop, have a thorough and knowledgeable explanation of the problem and how to fix it. My ride runs and looks great. Thanks Mike and Reggie and the rest of the team.
