We have had our loan with Goodwill Finance for almost a year now and we have had nothing but a great experience with this company. The agents I speak with are very professional, courteous and have shown compassion in our time of need. I would definitely use this company again if I had to.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I don’t understand how this heartless company can take advantage of people, the way they are taking advantage of me. Please do yourself a favor and look at the interest rates. I pay almost $500 a month for my car, and find out today that only $12 through 150 $ actually gets applied to the principal. The rest is pure interest. This is ridiculous. I have already paid $4000 for a car that was only supposed to cost $14,000 and somehow I still owe $14,700.

These guys have always been outstanding. They gave me a chance when others denied me because covid took me out. I've had nothing but Pleasant people working with me for any situation always up front I give them a two thumbs up.

VERY unprofessional, they lack communication and elaborating on their policies and such. Always hang up on their current customers. Then when giving reviews they will troll because we are being honest. DO NOT RECCOMEND.NOT fake new buddy. My family has a current account with you guys and is in a VERY uncomfortable situations due to the unprofessional practices!

I've been paying on a loan with Goodwill Finance for about three years. I have had a really difficult year this year making my payments. I'm behind. They have been truly amazing. When I call to set up arrangements, even when it's not enough to cover what I owe. They are respectful and kind. They don't make me feel horrible, they do not harass me. They are flexible. Interest rate is high but honestly that's what I'd like to call a natural consequence for my past actions.

Loan sharking at its best. High interest rates and then want to charge you $5 a month to pay them

This place is a joke!!! They have failed to take the money from my account on an authorized charge twice in 5 months and then act like their screw up is my fault, not even a simple sorry! It’s been 3 years of headaches. Man I can’t wait till this lemon truck is paid off and I don’t have to deal with them anymore. ... Read More

Very shady place I made payments every two week equaling full amount because it was not one payment every month they started changing me tons of fees and when I had to deal with fraud probably because they probably my gave number out and had to change my number they came and took the car and told me I own 2000 in ten days even there is no way that could of happened it was because of all there late fees I even told them to move my due date to the 30 th of every month think they did not and another thing wrong with them is there only open 9 to 5 right when I work so I have no time to call them and when I do I leave a voicemail letting them know exactly what’s going on do they care no this is not the first car I got I got a car Loan though clarity and had no problem pay them off because they worked with me and moved my due date when I need to do so do not ever use them and I work for a big company and talk to a lot of people everywhere I will be telling them the same thing if they talk about trying to get a car because I do not want anyone having the same experience and the reason my credit so low is because of my health so I never had a problem with a loan place just you guys and I don’t need you replying because I do not care what you think I just wanted to inform other people

They stole my friends money that she made a payment towards her vehicle and are saying she never paid. She has made a police report against them.

They make you purchase a warranty threw them and there is a no refund policy apparently if you pay off your vehicle after only having it for only 3 months and being prorated for the “warranty “ no one in the company contacts you back this company is a joke.

Do not finance with them.I bought a car through them, paid it off and was given the title but they reported to the credit bureau as a charge off.

Don’t recommend. Save your money and goes elsewhere. Several discrepancies with credit reporting, as well as trying to charge me for their insurance, when nothing at the time changed. Thankfully I refinanced with my credit union, in which I have had 0 issues with. They cut my interest in half and my payments in half. Don’t go through this financing company. All of the chaos, miscommunication, charging late fees from THEIR wrongdoing, not reporting to credit agencies like they should be because the gal who reports is never there, always telling me that my insurance was “canceled” and tried charging me on a few occasions for their insurance, when my insurance never even got cancelled. Never missed a payment with them, and even when the person taking my payment, I specifically told her to run it through a checking account that is MINE-since they still had the info of my exs account that I told them to get rid of, and yet they said it was declined and wouldn’t take the late fee off since it was THEIR wrong doing. This wouldn’t have happened had I been able to pay online like I do everything else. But we have to deal with the incompetent employees to make our payments. Not to mention they told me I would receive a refund check for the “late fee” after my loan was closed-never did receive that. If you could avoid going through these people, I would. I switched over to my credit union in august and have never had an issue.

My husband and I have a 48 month loan with them, we are halfway through and are completely satisfied! The thing we have to understand with having bad credit come higher interest. We had to be late once and kept in contact with Goodwill, they were totally understanding and worked with us no problem. If your going through the reviews and are a “normal” person all I have to say is they are a place that helps people who have bad credit, they attract a certain crowd and the reviews show negatively on them, not their fault. All in all they are a good company who has to be a bit tougher with higher interest because of the people they are trying to help. After all they aren’t the one’s who opened 27 credit card the day they turned 18 and didn’t pay them, I am and I’m glad they were here to help us in our time of need. Thank you Goodwill Finance

I had a 48 month loan with extremely high intrest. I paid the loan off in 23 months, not once being late. Over 30 days passed and Goodwill did not report to credit reports. I filled a dispute saying account was in good standing and paid in full. Goodwill removed it from my credit report. Negatively affecting my score by 55+ points. The credit Unions said Goodwill is the only one who could put it back on my credit Goodwill is refusing to put it back on my credit saying they cannot do it but they can and refused to. After paying such high intrest and being in good standing I thought goodwill would help improve my credit my credit report shows I've never had an auto loan and I financed nearly $12000 with them. Multiple phone calls results in just rudeness and refusing to put the loan back on my credit report. If you're looking to improve your credit avoid this company.
