Terrible. Very unprofessional. Transferred from another pharmacy to this one. Came in later to find that it wasn't transferred by a certain employee. He was more concerned about getting his to his lunch when we showed up the next day for the prescriptions. Prescriptions were not ready. Three days later prescription is still not ready. We're told one prescription they do not even carry. What a waste of time. Steer clear.

If I could give zero stars I would. You have to constantly call and check up on them every day to make sure they actually ordered your medication. Just for them to give you the wrong thing in the end. Customer service is horrible. They will hang up on you and treat you like an inconvenience. Meanwhile you hear people laughing loudly in the background. We finally decided to switch to Portico and despite Portico calling multiple times they refused to hand over our medications. My husband called after a week and they hung up on him the first time and were extremely rude the second call. Despite him politely trying to find some sort of resolution. 2 weeks without meds for my son and Portico finally offered to call our doctor and ask for a new script. Had meds the next day after that. If you’re looking for a better pharmacy try Portico. They are way out of the way, but they actually care about their clients and go above and beyond with customer service.

Good reviews are nice, it's also okay to express frustration, if you want something to change, expressing your negative outlook while your impatiently standing in line isn't the solution and isn't going to solve your issue.

Best place for prescription lowest priced highest quality in the area. I filled several different medications most of them made in the USA very rare these days. Prices a lot lower than Walgreens or CVS.

I hate to write a bad review but this is happening over and over again. My prescriptions are never ready and the lines are incredibly long. They told me this last time that my doctor never ok'd my prescription. They resubmit it, three days later I'm back, still not ready so I wait. While I'm waiting I hear the tech tell 3 different people the doctor never ok'd their prescriptions. I'm starting to think this pharmacy is really unorganized and understaffed.

Tonya H, a pharmacy technician here, was extremely helpful with a complicated order. We had already tried two other pharmacies and much back and forth between doctors and insurance before Tonya was able to solve the problem and get us the prescription we needed. She deserves recognition for exerting the extra effort and care required to solve the problem after everyone else had failed us. Thank you Tonya!

Helpful, friendly staff! People are so quick to post negative experiences. I noticed the low rating and thought I’d post a good review. Sometimes they are busy but I’m sure they are overworked just like the rest of us. Be kind. We’re all doing our best.

I have been there now 7 × 2 ck up one prescription firstly build it to the wrong insurance then they made the wrong number of pills then I waited and it wasn't ready then when I came back it still was the wrong number of pills and I asked him to refill it they said they'd have it ready within the hour I came back 2 hours later it wasn't ready I came back today 2 weeks later and it still wasn't ready and it wasn't ready and I'm going back to get it I hope later
