I tried to transfer a prescription last Thursday, 6 days ago from another local pharmacy. Yesterday I called and they said Sav-on had not sent it over and they would call again. I called this morning, no RX on file at Fred Meyer. I called Sav-on and they said Fred Meyer never contacted them for transfer. Now we are down to 1 pill and fingers crossed - Sav-on can fill the RX today. I tried to transfer because Fred Meyer is close to my work. What a joke. I don't believe they did anything with the RX when I brought it in the first time last week. I think they dropped the ball and just didn't admit to it when I called to check yesterday.

This is for grant Walden. What happens is if you have 2 prescriptions if one is ready and the other isn't you will still get a text.

Wife received text, Rx available to pick up.
I go to pick up, not done, says wait 10 minutes, I said How about pick up tomorrow, they no problem. Strike 1.
I go the next day and have not been filled yet, tech says, "Wait 10 minutes."
Strike 2.
While waiting, another person sits down to wait for his to be filled with we chat, his is done before mine.
Strike 3
After 40 minutes, it was to be 10. Finally finished.
I will be looking at other pharmacy options

Malpractice of Pharmacist & pharmacy tech, including assault by the pharmacist who attempted to batter me with the sliding metal gate door after not fulfilling his committment to give his patient (me) cholesterol medication had me press charges and openly share this desecration and abuse of care. Pharmacy tech pretended she hadn't seen my doctor's office's letter, after just validating to pharmacist she saw it, once I confronted them about the malpractice he was committing. Someone with the company additionally attempted to have me sign "tresspassed" papers of a store open to the public after one of his employees had a client call the police.
Ps - this was about the 10th or more time the order wasn't ready, upon arrival, as either the automated system *or employee of the pharmacy had informed me. The reason for using the store's pharmacy was convenience. Not to regularly be subjected to gross negligence of careworkers malpractice.

Terrible. Very unprofessional. Transferred from another pharmacy to this one. Came in later to find that it wasn't transferred by a certain employee. He was more concerned about getting his to his lunch when we showed up the next day for the prescriptions. Prescriptions were not ready. Three days later prescription is still not ready. We're told one prescription they do not even carry. What a waste of time. Steer clear.

Absolute horrible customer service. Just moved here and trying to switch pharmacies and these people make it the worst experience possible.

If I could give zero stars I would. You have to constantly call and check up on them every day to make sure they actually ordered your medication. Just for them to give you the wrong thing in the end. Customer service is horrible. They will hang up on you and treat you like an inconvenience. Meanwhile you hear people laughing loudly in the background. We finally decided to switch to Portico and despite Portico calling multiple times they refused to hand over our medications. My husband called after a week and they hung up on him the first time and were extremely rude the second call. Despite him politely trying to find some sort of resolution. 2 weeks without meds for my son and Portico finally offered to call our doctor and ask for a new script. Had meds the next day after that. If you’re looking for a better pharmacy try Portico. They are way out of the way, but they actually care about their clients and go above and beyond with customer service.

Good reviews are nice, it's also okay to express frustration, if you want something to change, expressing your negative outlook while your impatiently standing in line isn't the solution and isn't going to solve your issue.

Best place for prescription lowest priced highest quality in the area. I filled several different medications most of them made in the USA very rare these days. Prices a lot lower than Walgreens or CVS.
