Michelle at Diversified Mortgage has been an absolute godsend for me and my family. When i was clueless how the mortgage process and loan process worked, michelle spelled out the process in crayon, and helped me understand it all, and held my hand. She answered all my stupid questions as though i was a student in grade school, with patience and understanding and successfully kept my dignity intact! 1000% look to Michelle and her team should you need guidance through the world of home finance, she will float you through it like a fart in the wind as she did me!!

Michelle and Molly went above and beyond to help us get our home loan in 2019 and after Covid hit us financially they helped us refi our mortgage in 2021. These guys are the best! We've used them twice and will never go anywhere else. The first time we worked with them getting into a home seemed out of reach, but a good friend said to contact Michelle and sure enough, Michell and her team made it happen. The second time around we were dealing with a very unstable and fluctuating market. Interest rates were wild and housing prices all over the place. Michelle and her team are definitely experts at what they do and were able to wrangle a very favorable outcome for us in an extremely tough market. Way better than we ever imagined. I have bought a lot of houses and completed a pile of loans. Let me tell ya I have never been more pleased with the staff that I had the pleasure to work with in Boise idaho. Very knowledgeable and professional but in the same turn made us feel comfortable and we were able to carry on a normal conversation down to earth about what we needed to do to complete the loan. Michelle & Molly are top notch. You need to check them out I am sure glad we did. Thanks for all they did for us.
