I was 23 when Michelle helped me purchased my first house during the 2009 recession. I knew absolutely nothing about purchasing a house. She guided me through every single step of the way.
She helped me prep and polish my credit to be prepared when I found the house I wanted to purchase. She factored in assistance programs available to help save me money in the long run. Her experience and knowledge made the purchase smooth and more importantly, possible at such a young age and a down economy.
I returned to her several years later when I was ready to refinance as the rates dropped. Then again when I sold my house at 35 years old when housing prices hit their peak. I've been retired and traveling the world through 42 different countries since and she was a big part of making these dreams possible.
I recommend her to everyone seeking to purchase property, because this is the person you want on your team.
