DVS has always been super easy to deal with as we outfit our 80 series LC. First product was the rear hatch shelf. Easy enough to install and so useful! Next up we ordered the center console, it came in the wrong color but it wasn’t a big deal to ship back and decided last minute we would rather have a bumper. Bumper was sent to our local install shop and boom! Installed! It looks so good, such clean lines. Looking to get a rear bumper since we upgraded to 35’s and now the spare tire is in the hatch, also looking to get sliders! The DVS slippery slope has got us!!

This is definitely a hard review I have use delta products before and they have worked beautifully, but Dave Schenker as a customer service dosen't do a very good job, to put in words we can all understand He LIE to me about when would I receive the products and it took 11 days to get a response back In form of an email cause they don't answer the phones . I would not be buying anything from them and I would say to anyone be really careful doing any kind of business with them.

AWESOME customer service! You can tell that Dave and his team are doing everything they can to try and get products out to customers as fast as they can. This industry is nuts right now but DVS is handling great.

Very similar experience to Rob Ladd below. BUYER BEWARE.After 2.5 months of nearly weekly follow ups with the vendor, I decided to cancel. 2.5 months and had still no visibility of when product would be delivered and vendor still tried to charge me 10% for cancelling. Unacceptable service and cancellation policy especially given my order was not a special order and should be an item regularly in stock.

My landcruiser always wandered on the highway. After installing the panhard relocation bracket my truck handles so much better. Worth every penny. I'm no longer worried to drive with my knee while texting and eating a taco at 80mph lol. Seriously though great product.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a company. Dave Schenker (Owner) went back n forth with me on an item i ordered for my 80. I build many high line 80s and have a great reputation in the industry. But Dave's customer service is horrific. I asked whether my order had shipped as I needed it asap (shows in stock). 2 weeks go by and no answer, no item not even shipped. I inquired numerous times and 0 response. Called and always goes to voicemail. Finally get an email back and Dave says no hasn't shipped, but if you want to cancel it's a 10% restock fee. How can it be a restock fee if it never shipped???!!! Then he says, oh sorry I've been sick and meant cancellation fee. Hmm. This is a pan hard lift bracket, not a fancy custom made item. Besides why the heck haven't you even shipped it in 2 weeks?? He said they said on site it would not ship due to them being on vacation lol. What an absolute lie!! I would have NEVER ordered it if I had seen it or known. But he's adamant and said sorry I can't help. Rules are rules.So a chargeback was initiated and this Buffoon of an owner just lost a customer for life because of $25. Being a business owner I know this is a ridiculous move.So for anyone that wants to get screwed and have a company not back their customer up and treat them with 0 respect and feed them lies, by all means speak to Dave at DeltaVSAnd to respond to Dave's answer of twisting and calling me a liar?? HA!! What an absolute joke of an owner. Sad really that this is the type of businesses we have now. Can't even own up to it and has the nerve to turn it on a customer. I see the other negative reviews that he gets very defensive and blames the customer. Most definitely not a business you want to deal with, if you ever have a problem they will blame you for installing it wrong hence the failure. Stay FAR AWAY from companies with terrible customer service and ones that are desperate for $20 fees. Those are the ones that do not sell much product and will bend over backwards to find any reason why the customer is wrong Bs owning up to any issues or shortcomings.Funny how you never owned up to your lie about restocking fee then changing it to cancellation fee. I mean they are both so similar right?? Hmm.Sorry Dave, you've proven yourself to be a terrible, greedy and desperate owner .. You will need to go to school for CS management and proper business development. Seems there is none in your outfit.

Not a lot of companies out there making aftermarket products for the 80 series Land Cruisers. Delta VS stepped up and are making high quality products with innovative solutions needed in the off-road market. I picked up their bumpers, in person, and they even let me use an available bay in their shop to do a quick front end bumper bolt on to get it home. I have continued to purchase and heavily use their products with great success. No complaints here.

I wish DVS was around when I started my build 20 years ago. Absolutely fantastic products - so well thought out you can tell these guys have spent a lot of time sitting in the rig the stuff is designed for. Customer service is brilliant. Stuff comes wrapped up like a Christmas present. Fit & finish is perfect. My FZJ80 has their center console & shifter console & all accessories, rear shelf, panhard bracket. Radius arms next. Seriously top shelf & while I have yet to meet em in person, I know they’re stand up guys you’d want to have a beer with. Cheers.
