Jay was recommend to us to train our special needs son who wants to be body builder. Right from the start everyone in the gym was extremely welcoming and kind to Dom and Jay has been an excellent trainer. Dom really thrived under him and dropped weight and built muscle fast. Everyone in the gym treated Dom like family and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for him to train and workout. We’ve had to take a break for now, but there’s no other gym in the Treasure Valley that we will ever go to, this will always be our home and I can’t speak highly enough about Jay, Michele, and everyone there who worked to give Dom a wonderful experience.

Jay is a the best trainer, his knowledge and caring style is outstanding…Jay helped me gain strength and inspired me to get in great shape. Best gym in the valley. People are friendly, tons of weights and equipment. Coach Jay is a wealth of information and fun to chat with. If you are looking into strongman training also this is the place!

During my membership here the bathrooms where a mess, the equipment was disorganized, the floors where dirty, and the equipment was constantly broken. Simply put there are a lot of better gyms in the valley.

When I first signed up at this gym, the front desk lady was very nice, but that quickly changed a year later when I went to cancel my membership. I sent an email inquiring what I would need to do to cancel my membership. She quickly replied with an email stating that my membership had been cancelled, my cancellation fee was processed, and that I had access to the gym until the 21st of the next month. When I inquired about the cancellation fee, her tone became rude and short. I further questioned the amount of time I had access to the gym stating that I had just paid for the next month....given the "cancellation fee" of my last months payment I should have access for the next 2 months, she replied and changed the date she originally gave me to the 15th (shortening my time by 6 days). I requested a copy of the paperwork I signed so I could read the detail and make sense of what she was saying and why she shortened my amount of time I had left at the gym and she never replied.

I love the staff here they are so friendly, encouraging, as a woman i feel safe here no matter what time i go in. They support first responders, military, it is veteran owned, it is clean and not intimidating.

The best gym environment I have ever been too. These guys have the right vibe, the right community and the right equipment. Others may try to replicate what they created here but the real know you can’t replace Michelle and Jays unconditional kindness support and respect for one another. Thanks so much for all you do for us gym rats ?

Great gym with a lot of equipment for strongman , bodybuilders and powerlifters .As someone new in that just moved to Boise it's definitely the best gym in this area!

Great gym if you're involved in powerlifting and/or strongman. They have everything you need and many unique pieces if equipment therefore you should never be bored. World renowned athletes train here regularly from my experience. Would like to see more amenities in regards to the locker room/bathroom and up-keep but that's not why you buy a gym membership at a place like this. They also had a physical therapist that works out of an office space here who appears knowledgeable. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
