i cannot say enough how thoughtful and kind these guys are, especially jeremy. we were recently on a road trip with our travel trailer, when a spring broke on our trailer. we limped back in to boise, in search of an RV dealer or service center that was open on saturday at 3:00pm. Allen Marsh sales office was open, but their shop was closed. I met Jeremy, and told him the situation, and he called several places around boise until he found me a set of springs. he went above and beyond, bringing us bottles of water while i was changing the spring. he was a true problem solver. i have rarely met or interacted with such a kind and helpful person. if you are looking to buy an RV or you need some service in Boise, I highly recommend Allen Marsh. These are some of the nicest people you will find anywhere.

This place is fantastic!! amazing customer service. Followed up with us numerous times, never candy coated anything. Communicating is key and these guys know how to do that. Brets in Nampa & Dennis Dillon RV suck big time in their finance department and customer service. we felt more like numbers to them. Where as Alan Marsh your now family to them. Go to Alan tell them the Buchanans sent you.

Great service start to finish. There set up crew and mechanics went above and beyond get boat ready on short notice. Fixed couple issues right away that we had. Would recommend these guys anytime.
