I chose the $18 wash on my 2018 F250. The reps were friendly and they did a great job preparing and presoaking the truck prior to the wash. Good outdoor vacuum after the wash.

Put your car in neutral it’s automated. I told the girl I never been there before so she didn’t tell me, but it’s not her fault. Read the signs people.

Paid $28.00 to still have a dirty car, when asked what there was to do about it was told nothing, asked for refund was told no zero stars for you, very friendly staff tho

I paid $14 for a wash today, and mentioned to the young lady when I arrived that I would like to have extra bug spray on the front bumper, because the last time through their wash every single bug that was on the bumper was still there afterwards. As I rolled up to the entrance, another young lady barely wet the bumper, and gave the windshield a bit of spray as well.
But it didn't matter, because the brushes never even touched the front bumper, and the brush that cleans the top of the car and the windshield didn't drop down, meaning every single bug on the bumper and windshield was still there after the wash was over.
When this happened on two other occasions, I pulled around to speak with someone and was treated rudely, and was not offered a re-wash. This time I simply drove away, and will not be back, and will advise the other 5 drivers in my family and all my friends and acquaintances to go elsewhere.
Fed up with not getting proper value for the expense.

Spent 12 dollars on a car wash and it didn't clean my car so wanted to go through again was told employee working the front that they couldnt authorize that and so I offered to pay for another one even tho I shouldn't have to. Then they had two girls proceeded to examine my car as if I'm lieing. There was still mud and bugs on My window and front bumper but whatever I left since me offering to pay for another wash wasn't good enough. Definitely wont be coming back to this one again.

2 stars because i have no other option in the area.
Although most of the time employers are welcoming and pleasant, they rarely have clean towels available and the attendants are not aware of malfunctions with the vacuums that you have to seek people out.
I also wish they had the floor mat cleaners.

The best car wash in town. The car wash does a great job and doesn’t harm the vehicles. The employees are very friendly and thoughtful. I’ve seen them even clean out truck beds to ensure the truck bed gets cleaned as well as keeping debris out of the wash. Keeping the place running well.

We always love Wash Rack. It's my favorite car wash, the staff are always so nice and helpful. My only complaint would be I wish it was closer to Cambridge so I could go more!

The employees are 6/5 stars, fantastic! They are also very convenient but the quality of the wash is so bad my paint after almost 2 months of washes 2-4 times per week is showing abrasive swirls and the brushes can't seem to touch any part of my front bumper, most of the bugs there remain untouched and bird droppings over my headlight has survived over 6 washes. Wish they would have built a higher quality machine ?
