This is one of the last shops in the valley that has not been bought out by a corporate entity. He has decades of experience fixing cars which means he's knows "the old ways" of doing things as well as the new. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Highly recommend. Was referred to The Body Factory by both my father and my brother. The shop is immaculate - clean, organized, professional. Bob was friendly and knowledgeable. Fast, efficient, excellent work. Very happy with final result, and amazed at the difference in final cost and the overinflated bid given to us by the "other" body shop we had used for forty years.

Can't praise Bob and his staff enough! Just picked up my Jeep after being repaired and it is like brand new. He handled dealing with my insurance company, did the work on budget and finished 3 days early. I would highly recommend his shop for any work you might need done.

I took my truck into Bob for bumper repair after a year of saving up enough to fix it. Bob not only remembered who we where but honored the quote he gave us a year ago. When I saw my truck after it was done at the shop, I was floored at the great job he did on the bumper, he also washed and detailed the truck. It looks brand new! Thank you Bob so much for making me happy! We will recommend your shop to everyone!
