My problem was a aid was not working with phone calls while phone and aids were connected. I tried everything I could think of to get it to connect. After only a few mins at the office my aids were completely reset and work fine again.

Everyone in the office is super friendly. The audiologist was able to quickly identify the problem and with my hearing aid so it will be in the shop for about ten days. Was also very thankful I was able to get an appointment the very same day my hearing aid quit working.
