So apparently if you have zero dollars for more then 30 days,they close your account automatically. I tried to deposit a check and said that my checking account had been closed. So I guess I'll take my money to another bank? Not once did they ask if I wanted to open another checking account. SMH

I have been with this bank for 20 years and never been disappointed until recently I think they think they have better security than the local DMV... I added my husband on my account over a year ago they still have not gotten that correct... Made 2 trips send to get my name changed on my own account and they are Very difficult to work with almost impossible

One of the worst banks we have delt with. We wanted to pay our car off early and they acted like they were not going to allow that after a week of trying to get our pay off total they sent our title to the wrong house. I called a week ago with a promised call back to still hear nothing. We ended up going to DMVDo not recommend this bank

First interstate bank in Fruitland has the best customer service in town. Always get greeted by my name when I walk in. The tellers are fast and efficient. Jose always goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied and Melissa always ready to help and answer any questions.
