In Latin Ancora means support, refuge, and anchor which go with the three pillars that are used at Ancora. These are Trust, Compassion, and Support. It is important to us that patients are comfortable, supported, and most importantly respected. This is important as we desire to provide the best end-of-life care experience possible. Ancora is a new hospice that was built with experienced hearts and minds. The owners have 40+ years of combined experience. This experience includes the CEO starting another hospice 17 years ago. We are taking patients and have been since our first patient on 09/29/2021.
