Tammy is an asset to the hotel, she went above and beyond when we needed help because of an issue with our hotel stay. She was very patient, understanding and customer service orientated! So glad we got her at the front desk, because she turned our hotel stay into a positive experience! The hotel needs to have more employees like her!

Just saw a concert here recently. Mostly a nice facility. A couple criticisms:1 - Vaping/smoking is allowed here, shockingly. As a result, there was a constant haze of disgusting, fruity scented, oily (they put harmful chemicals in your vapes, midwits) vape smoke that we had to deal with. Even though this is an outdoor facility, vapes should be disallowed. Very unhealthy; I still have respiratory issues from breathing this garbage.2 - Sound system was a bit too loud. No, I'm not an old geezer who hates rock. There's a big difference between just blaring music vs audo quality. Please look into improving audio quality without having to blare extra decibels to compensate.

There is not really any good things to say about this place. My girlfriend and I checked in on Saturday (July 29th) When we arrived the customer service was great. After we had got back up to the room after being down at the casino and stopping at the restaurant in between the hotel and casino, we had noticed that there was old dried up blood on the comforter on the bed. My girlfriend went down to the front desk and was told there’s nothing they could do about it, they had said they didn’t have any extras, couldn’t get in the back room to get any and couldn’t move us rooms due to the hotel being fully booked. Would not recommend this place unless you are willing to sleep in another persons blood.??Rooms: Old dried blood all over the comforter on the bed, staff wouldn’t do anything about it. Their resolution was giving us bath towels to sleep with.

We attended the Lee Brice concert and had a very enjoyable time. The way the concert was set up was disappointing. We did choose general admission so we knew we didn't have the most ideal tickets but where they placed general admissions was far away from the stage surrounded by the food trucks they brought in. End of the day the concert is just in a parking lot and was hard to fully enjoy.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. A hotel can be fancy or not, but it's the comfort of the beds on how I rate the hotels. Shoshone - Bannock Hotel was very comfortable. Especially if you have trouble sleeping with a disability. I have one and I slept soundly. I would recommend this Hotel to any traveller needing a break from the road. Also, their restaurant by the hotel guest services is highly recommended as well. The best prime rib sandwich I ever had! ?

We attended the Lit and Everclear concert. Seating and service was fine. Speakers are terrible and the room was not acoustically designed to host quality concerts. I won't attend another concert at this venue

We came to this place for a concert. Be warned that this is a dry reservation where there is no booze! That being said, the concert had alcohol so I am not sure how they bypass that law. Either way, the slots were super tight and we lost all of our money almost immediately. The rooms were clean and big. I probably would not stay here again unless another concert comes that I really want to go to, and even then, it might just be better to stay in Pocatello.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had in a long time! I extended my stay came back to my room later in the day to find all my stuff was taken by housekeeping. No one could do anything at night when I did discover this, had to wait till morning to find my stuff. In the morning they did recover some of my things that the housekeeping took but I was still missing a phone charger, food items, and my shower supplies. No apologies given no one could do anything said the manager was on vacation and basically no one of authority could be reached. I asked for compensation like another room for the night or something but was told they couldn't authorize anything best they could do was give me a couple buffet vouchers and a discount on next room. The whole thing was just unprofessional and unacceptable cont believe they operate like this. I pay for a additional night and get my things taken by them with no effort to fix my inconveniences and the issue they made.I don't know if I would stay here again after this experience, the rooms are nice but this whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

Stay away from the pool. The chlorine is so strong it bleached my girls swimsuit in less than one hour of swimming and dried their skin and hair. Upon entering the pool area, I had to prop the door open because the chlorine was so strong it was hard to keep our eyes from watering. I did not complain because it wouldn't be the first time, it's like they are oblivious or just don't care and just got used to the toxicity of it. Aside from that, hotel is clean and above average quality, staff is good, food is mediocre.

Did not stay at hotel. Bingo was interesting--many games were very creative. Slots were fun but payouts were slow and did not pay out as well as casinos I was used to in Tucson AZ. Overall, a fun 49th anniversary day. The buffet was excellent.

We received a gift, tickets to see Larry the Cable Guy at the Bannock Events Center. I was unable to find a room online, so I called the reservation number. The representative I spoke with found us a room and asked if we were AAA members, AARP members or military/veteran. When I told her I was a veteran she indicated that the room would be discounted. All I needed to do was to show my military ID or veteran card to the registration desk. The problem started when we arrived at the hotel desk to check in. I was told by the staff that no discounts were offered on event nights, that the room would be the normal rate. I was a bit upset because I was told over the phone that the military/veteran rate was good 365 days of the year. After articulating this information to the clerk, I was offered a minimal discount (not even close to the original military rate). We opted not to stay and will not be attending any events or booking any rooms in the future. I encourage anyone (military/veteran) booking a room to question the veteran rate on event nights or book elsewhere. Hope this is helpful.

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. They compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed.Went to see concert, an amazing place not a bad seat in the house! Upon check in they were courteous and helpful. We ate at the buffet the food was delicious but some cold. For the price an amazing bargain
