Tammy is an asset to the hotel, she went above and beyond when we needed help because of an issue with our hotel stay. She was very patient, understanding and customer service orientated! We attended the Lit and Everclear concert. Seating and service was fine. Speakers are terrible and the room was not acoustically designed to host quality concerts. I won't attend another concert at this venue
