So we have been told that the reasoning. Why the gate doesn't open sometimes it's because of the weather only in winter the freezing of the ground
was told the way that the contractors/ fencing place put in the wiring.
theyve said its gonna cost alot to fix it. Its a problem sometimes but again just in winter and most don't really go there when its this cold
We do have dirt Getting up Under the seals and has been putting dirt all over id say half my units and I've found mouse droppings/1 dead mouse in our units. Probably because the field haven't been there in a while health issues but the guy running it is nice. It's affordable safe i do wish they were open on the days that the rent is do
Because some days payday isn't until one day and u can miss it and be stuck with a late fee because u had to wait
XXX days cause they r only open 2 days a week.
All in all we'll keep our stuff there and gonna be doing a clean up soon”
