I haven't even been there for my appointment and already I can tell it's gonna be a great expeience... called in asking to have something put on my truck that I didn't need and instead of taking my money... they recommended we check things out 1st...(far, far, less money to take a look) and see what the correct action is that we need... I really appreciate this from any business, not to mention that the gentlemen was patient with my questions. thank you.

I was looking for a tonneau cover and tool box for my truck, came here and the staff was really nice and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a couple options. Ordered it and was in within a few days (weekend). When it arrived, they called me and set up an appointment. Installation (done by them) was quick. Haven't had any problems, even on a quick out of state trip where winds were extremely high. The tool box is a tonneaumate, that goes inside. Love the set up. They have earned a customer.

Recently had an issue with the Procharger on my Scat Pack. I was hesitant to take my car to a place that seems to build 4 x4's. They handled everything perfectly. They also fixed a problem I had with my tune. The communication was great and they put up with me being protective over where my car would be while parts came in etc. Thank You!

After doing some research and asking other people about a good 4x4 shop in the Idaho Falls, Id area I was informed that S&G Customs was the one to go too. I had a new engine installed in my 2013 Jeep the end of Sept 2019. It took them about a week to do the work. Was very pleased with this, plus I had a couple of extra electrical things done. My problem is the after care service. About 2 months later I had a new starter installed, this was done by a different shop as I'm no longer in the Twin Falls area. This shop found that 2 motor mounts where not tight. the passenger side was very loss and the driver side was not even in the slot (see pictures). Called talked to Rob about what I had found. He was apologetic about and couldn't understand how it had happened. If this was not bad enough two nights ago I lost all my antifreeze. Had to have my Jeep towed to a local Jeep Dealer and found the hose clamp on the radiator hose was loss. The service tech also found that all the hose clamps where loss. After I talked to the service tech about what he found and repaired I again call Rob to explain what I had found out. He told me that it's not uncommon for hose clamps to come loss. I have never had this issue. In other words he could of cared less. It hasn't even been three months since this work had been done and I could of done major damage to my engine, the one he put in. For this reason I would not go back to him or recommend his shop.
