NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE. Bought an 1997 Case 580 Super L about 10 days ago from this place for $42,500. Has normal wear and about 4300 hours. We spent over 1 hour checking out about everything on this machine. Seemed to be an ok deal, so we made the purchase. Upon delivery we started to check things out again as you can only do so much in their parking lot. The first thing we noticed was the right stabilizer would drop on its own after turning it off and letting it sit for a few hours. The next problem was as we lowered the front bucket it would not lift the machine...no down pressure. It did not do this in their yard. Finally the right front tire went flat and the tire is damaged and we'll probably end up buying a new front tire. Now some of these things they might not have known about. But no doubt they knew about the down rigger and the tire issue. And it wouldn't surprise me that they probably knew there were issues with down pressure on the bucket. So, my advice to anyone considering buying a piece of machinery from this place is to ask if there are issues that you have not been told about. Most reputable places (honest ones) would at least let you know. We were told NOTHING! Buyer beware! I would not purchase another item from Overtime Equipment and I will recommend to my construction friends to stay away from this place.

Worst company I have ever done business with. My grandson and I drove from Montana to Filer to buy a pickup for him. The engine light was on but the owner coded it and said it was just emissions. It turned back on in Richfield. Auto Zone later told us it was the spark plugs and coils. The passenger side lights didn't come on in Leadore, electrical problem. When we took the pickup in for an alignment, TireORama said the that the ball joints and tie rods were shot. All repairs total about $2500 which my grandson doesn't have because he spent his savings on the down payment. He still is without a vehicle to get him to work. To top it off, Overtime will not answer my calls. Very shady dealer.

Purchased a car from these guys. I have now had it six months and had zero issues. I was referred to these guys by a trusted friend and will refer others to them as well. Great service and very professional.

I attempted to purchase a vehicle from them, I offered a reasonable price that evidently they thought warranted them acting like drunk three year old sailors. They ignored my calls rather than just tell me that they did not like my offer. So I sent some one over to see if they were still open as they appeared closed and did not answer. They used expletives' at my brother and then proceeded to miraculously find my number and called me specifically to continue their narrative of cuss words. I can tell you that their vocabulary is very limited and it is very possible that they do not know how to write their names. Overtime equipment is the shadiest sales establishment I have ever tried to deal with. ABSOLUTLY NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. Go any where else and you will have a better experience!

I drove up to Idaho from Utah last week to buy a boom truck from overtime. When I got there I was disappointed to find that the truck I had come to see had a broken winch and that a couple of the tires were very beat up. The ksl ad I had responded to had stated the tires were almost new and said nothing about a broken winch. After pointing the issues out to my sales guy he reduced the price what I considered a reasonable amount and I agreed to buy the truck. During the transaction I asked if they inspect their vehicles or have any sort of warranty. They responded with something along the lines of we try to inspect them but if something is wrong we try to be fair as well. I signed the paperwork and started driving home to Utah. In Salt Lake City I noticed that there was smoke coming out of the rear of the truck and pulled over to find the transmission was leaking fluid. Luckily there was a transmission shop right there and I dropped it off for a diagnosis and contacted overtime letting them know what had happened. I sent them the diagnosis and the owner said he didn’t agree with it and wanted me to take it to another shop. I agreed to do so but was uncomfortable driving the truck for fear we would damage the transmission. I then asked if he would be willing to split the bill at the existing shop or help me tow it to another shop through for a second opinion through text. At that point he stopped responding. I have since left multiple voicemails on his cell phone and shop phone with no response. The reality is that I purchased a used vehicle “as is” and that is what I got. I can’t help but feel a little taken advantage of though after breaking down on the first day. I don’t believe to have been unreasonable or rude in my interactions but the owner has ghosted me. I guess my advice to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from these guys would be to have a mechanic go through them thoroughly before making a purchase because in the event something goes wrong you will likely be on your own to fix it.

Easy going fellas. Answered any questions I had. In and out service. Couldn’t be happier with the air compressor bought from them!

The truck I came to see was exactly what he said it was. Good value everything worked well. Unfortunately the truck had a injector go bad driving it home, I called Jeremy he had a tow truck right out to pick it up. When I was told the bad news about the engine needing to be completely rebuilt including the turbo. Jeremy not only paid for the tow he paid for a new engine, integrity like that is hard to find never met him before that day wouldn't hesitate to come back again.
