I was just there in the last few minutes. your manager is watching a video with a song, clearly not work related, on a phone that your clerk handed her, while I stood in line. I go there maybe twice a week. this is NOT unusual. there is one person, a young, slightly chubby man, who is all about the customer. other than that, your clerks and managers seem to be at their own social gathering, and the customers are interrupting them. I am a c store assistant manager, btw. so I know customer service, and this isn't it.
