Their patience and compassion is impressive. LaRue Vet Clinic has my complete trust and confidence when it comes to taking good care of beloved canine and feline companions.

My parents and I take our 3 dogs and 2 cats here. We love them. They saved our cats life when he got a severe UTI (which is deadly for cats). People keep saying that the staff is rude, which isn't the case. They have a small staff of 3 and A LOT of animals to tend to. Therefor they are very busy (giving our pets 5☆ love and care). Misty is just very blunt and to the point which I suppose some people aren't used to and can't handle. However she is very good to our animals which is what matters. If they find your animals are in need of something else i.e. antibiotics, vitamins, allergy treatment, etc. They take care of it. They are very educated, skilled, compassionate with our furry family members and we just love going there.

I could write an MLA formatted essay on why this business is absolutely despicable but I'll leave it to a few simple examples. The front desk woman was an absolute horror show to deal with. Did not care for the customer or the concern that the customer has for their animals. Phone calls were not returned when trying to call and ask about said animal. When they were returned after two days, multiple calls and a Facebook post to a local community page, they seemed irritated and made the customer feel as if they were an inconvenience. There are multiple accounts of these types of examples happening to others and how the staff treats the customers and the concern they have for their animals. If you care about your animals I would suggest getting as far away as possible from this Veterinary clinic, because they sure as heck do not.

Both of the people working there were incredibly rude on the phone and in person. Treated me like I was d*** the entire time drop off and pick up. And told me I needed to hurry to pick him up because they wanted to take their lunch. Completely insensitive to what was going on.

These are the nicest doctors your ever going to meet, they are fast efficient and took extremely good care of my dog. I highly reccomend them to anyone who needs animal care

I've been a client for over 12 years. They've never steered me wrong. I've always found them to be compassionate yet practical too. They aren't going to perform a bunch of extra service that aren't necessary unless you want them too. They always know who I and my pets are and I feel cared for more like a friend than a client.It is a small practice so if you need to be seen urgently they may have you drop your animal off and Doc will look at them between appointments. They aren't open on weekends but do check messages. They offering boarding for both cats and dogs.
