They have been awesome for me n my family. Always worked w us. They even kept my unit secure for me thru homelessness, jail , and my many adventures. They have been a GOD sent storage company for me. Will always use them. They are worth the drive everytime. Had the unit next time broken into. They called me immediately. Lost Nothing. Great Company

I have had a storage unit at High Desert for several years. They have always been very accomodating and helpful. I would very much recommend them.

This is Mike ,I rented a unit at HighDesert for 7 or so years , had a drift boat inside for 4 years , then numerous motorcycles along with camping equipment , stoves all sorts . I never had any issues with break ins or water damage , the driveway was always clean and easy to get into, they made me a good deal and it worked out fine. Thanks , Mike S

I don’t know why this place has bad reviews. The service is great and the staff is friendly. I have been a customer for years and never had anything stolen or broken into. Get renters insurance like an adult if you are worried about your stuff.

To Whom It May Concern, When Charles asked you about your security, you assured him it would be safe. About 6 months after we moved our things into your storage unit, you called and asked if we had forgotten to put our lock back on. I told you no, we were living in Oregon and had not been out there. You informed me, you checked it out and everything seemed to be fine and you placed one of your locks on it. The same lock you unlocked 3 years later for us. Our 10 x 25 storage unit was packed! Now the remaining items fit into a 10 x 10! Clothes and books were thrown all over. I do not understand how you would consider that fine? We continued to pay you storage payment every month for another 3 years!! Why didn't you check your video cameras? If we would have filed a police report then, we might had had a chance of recovering something. We are still going to file a police report. We video taped the storage unit of how we found it. It was not fine! I have attached a list of the missing items along with pictures of our home, so you and the police can see the actual items! This had to been done during the day, over several days! They were very meticulous over the things they took. How could you not of known?? Sir, many of these items cannot be replace for any amount of money! You told me over the phone, you have been having trouble with this issued and you are going to install a $10,000 gate. I get the feeling that plan has been in place for a while and yet nothing has been done. According to the police, this company has had many break-ins. You added insult to injury when you said you were sorry, not very compassionately, I might add, and offered to reimburse us a couple months of storage rent, a whopping $140.00! That is not acceptable to us! We paid you each & every month for storage and protection, you did NOT deliver on either one of these! I feel very strongly you owe us every dime we paid you!

Renters beware! This place claims it has surveillance on the premises and that it is a secured location. Sadly our unit was broken into and all our goods my family had been storing until we bought a house was stolen. The lock had been cut and everything stolen. We were told from a lady in the office another unit had been broken into just months prior. A decent person would have informed its other renters of the break in but of course that didn't happen. We strongly feel it could have been an inside job. The gun safe alone would have taken several people a long time to get to and even remove. Where were the owners?? Where was the security?! The amount of things taken would have taken hours to remove and several people. It wasn't just a quick job. Heart sick that people like that exist and there is so little integrity with business owners. Working with police but it's highly unlikely anything will be recouped. We are devastated at the loss and violation. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!
