“In a world where great customer service is almost non-existent Phill and Sindy are outstanding!! I needed to take my car in for a minor paint repair and from beginning to end they were wonderful. When I arrived I was greeted right away, given an estimate, and never felt rushed. They answered all my questions and treated me as if they’d known me forever. Excellent customer service AND fantastic paint repair! Hopefully I won’t need services again, but if I do, I’ll be going to Pro Image. Seriously can’t recommend them enough.”

“Twin falls Chevy service was a great experience for me this week. I was on a one month trip and needed an oil change near the end. They scheduled me on a couple of hours notice, and got me in and out in 45 minutes. Everyone treated us the way you hope to be treated.
They were able to fit my 11 1/2 foot truck camper in the shop. (12’ doors) If it hadn’t fit, they had a place for me to unload and keep it during the visit.”

“Y'all, Ariel in Automotive Dept is the Bomb.com! She deserves a raise, for going above and beyond for her customers. Ariel was patient, professional, excellent customer service, and concerned for the well-being of the shoppers. My leg acts up in cold weather. Ariel noticed my cane when I walked in and called the front to have a cart sent my way. However, the front gave Ariel grief about them being too busy (total bull) to bring one. They suggested, I walk to the front and see *IF* one might be available. Ariel, went and got me a cart without hesitation! It's people like Ariel that I'm appreciative for. I can't thank Ariel enough for doing more than what her job requires.”
