Some girl wouldn't sell my 28 year old fiancé cigarettes because "his ID is blurry.”1. It's not blurry at all.2. Just scan it and it'll tell you if it's fake.She just refused to sell them to him. Incredibly annoying.

Company needs to help new employees understand how to read IDs. Refused sale to me cuz "the picture looks blurry to me". Never had this issue anywhere else except by this power tripping employee who clearly shouldn't be handling purchases requiring ID without further training. Extremely frustrating experience.

I just went for a car wash. I've never been to this location so went inside since I didn't need gas. Employee was super nice, explained to me it was cheaper to pay inside than at the pump and that there was a bucket with a brush that would help with mud.My car wasn't quite that dirty but nice to know!Wash was OK. No-touch kind. I guess I needed to use the brush but it got a few layers of dirt off so good enough.

I used to go here. But today it seem that they changed the staff working there for some reason. The girls that were there were awesome. Now, the staff seems like uncaring cardboard cutouts like all the other Sinclair's. I doubt I will go back there. The friendly country folk nice atmosphere is gone. 😞

Great customer service here and I'm so happy that they are open 24 hours now! The gender neutral bathrooms are pleasant but need to be cleaned more regularly. I love their selection of drinks and snacks here. They really know how to match up with Emmett at this store. Jerky everywhere and donuts and coffee. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable and they really listen to you when you ask them questions. I like that! The gas prices are usually on par for the whole city but they are the first gas station you will see before getting into Emmett. Come check them out!
