“We got a serious problem with our shifting cable and luckily some very nice people in Emmett helped us out. As they didn't have the required tools, they recommended us doing another check with AutoZone to see if all the gear had been fixed appropriately afterwards. A very nice and skilled woman at AutoZone Emmett was super helpful, checked everything for us, and didn't even charge us for it. I would definitely go to AutoZone Emmett for any further problems, as their service was amazing. So much better than O'Reilly's Auto Parts, where no-one was really willing to help.”
“Tried out their HD (and spendy) fleet brakes for my 02 f250. Lasted 2 years 25k miles with 50/50 local/fwy miles, and only occassional towing 5-10k lbs. When I approached them about whether they should have lasted longer, they agreed they should have and warrantied the whole set. Wish they had a true oem+ quality line of brake components, and not excited to do the brake job again so soon, but very happy with the customer service, and them standing behind their products.”
