“Customer service is above expectations. The Instructors are motivational, and offer corrections and positive reinforcement during class, which I love. The mirrors allow me to focus on myself, and not worry about competition, but instead on my own progress. The workout is killer. There are variations for those less physically active, but I enjoy the challenge greatly. I am a little sore afterwards, which feels great, I know that I earned it. The class schedule is also friendly to people that are busy, allowing for early, late, and weekend options. I love this class and what it's doing for my overall health. 10/10 recommend!”
