Zack was AWESOME!! He really took the time to make sure our money was used in the best ways. He was always willing to take the time to explain parts of the process I didn't fully understand, and would respond to e-mails and text messages as soon as possible; sometimes even after work hours.I would totally recommend Waterstone Mortgage and definitely recommend working with Zack.

My experience with this company has been awful. We unfortunately have fallen through the cracks and have been fed lie after lie. It started out with Daniel Frank not catching on the appraisal that there were things that needed fixed and not letting us know. When our agent reached out to Waterstone mortgage he was asked if the paint on the fence had been fixed. We were never informed that it needed fixed until after we had already done our part in the closing process and were waiting for our buyers to close. Our agent was able to take money out of his pocket to get our buyers to close.A painter was scheduled to come out 3 weeks after May 15th the day we closed on our house. Daniel Frank and his buyers were overseeing the project. He never informed us on the progress our agent had to call him to get progress.It took the person he hired a month to paint a accent fence. He ended up tearing it out after a month! The appraiser came out a week later. After the appraisal was done the escrow money was never released.When our agent reached out Christy darling a week after the appraisal was done she said funds would be released everything looks good to go. A week later nothing. He reached out again Christy said she needs a invoice and some other paperwork that is the hold up. Daniel Frank was overseeing the project he should have provided everything to Christy.Now our agent needs to get a hold of daniel to let him know what his lending office (Christy) needs from Daniel. A day shy of 3 months since we have closed on our house. 3 months that Waterstone mortgage has been holding on to our escrow money and will not release it. It doesn’t matter how many times we reach out we are told tomorrow or it should be there today. A bunch of lies. I hope this helps someone in the future.
