A short time later I broke a family heirloom necklace and upon receiving it repaired today it is the best it has ever looked. The jeweler is also very knowledgeable and taught me a few cool things about one of my watches. always great to support a small business.”

They handled the incident with compassion and understanding. The replaced my stolen ring with an upgrade and even more beautiful ring. The ring that was stolen was my wedding ring with a lot of memories and sentimental value that could not be replaced. But they were communicative and caring. I recommend Helzeberg Jewelers for any jewelry needs Don and Julie were simply the best. The ring on the holder is the replacement. The one in the hand is the old one.”
